Terms of service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Fresh Flow Home Services (“FreshFlowHS”, “we”, “us”). By booking a cleaning with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Services

Clients may book a cleaning via phone, text, website forms, direct messages, or email. We provide standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning services. All pricing is quoted based on the number of rooms, type of service, and condition of the property. Price ranges are given during inquiry and confirmed upon arrival.

2. Payments

Full payment is due immediately after the service is completed. We accept:

Zelle

Debit/Credit Card (via Square)

CashApp

PayPal

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a $25 fee.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to fix any issues at no additional charge.

5. Insurance & Liability

FreshFlowHS is insured and takes great care while cleaning your home. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or fragile items that were not disclosed. Any damage caused by negligence will be addressed appropriately.

6. Service Limitations

We do not offer hazardous material cleanup, biohazard removal, or pest-related services.

Terms of Service (SMS Program – Fresh Flow Home Services)

Effective Date: May 9, 2025

Program Name: FreshFlowHS Text Notifications

1. Program Description:

By opting into SMS messages from Fresh Flow Home Services, you agree to receive text notifications about your bookings, service reminders, confirmations, updates, and occasional promotions.

2. Opt-Out Instructions:

You may cancel SMS communication at any time. Simply text STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

3. Rejoining Instructions:

To start receiving messages again, sign up through our web form or contact us to re-subscribe.

4. Help Instructions:

If you need help with our SMS service, text HELP or contact us at freshflowhs@gmail.com or call/text (786) 493-4396.

5. Carrier Disclaimer:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Message & Data Rates Disclaimer:

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless provider for your specific plan.

• To schedule services, send reminders, confirmations, updates, and promotions

Text Messaging Compliance Statements:

• “No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”
